Terms of Service

RaidQ is run by PoGo.Tips LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"). Using RaidQ, whether as a streamer or as a viewer joining a queue via chat, means you agree to these terms.

The service

RaidQ offers a free plan (Starter) and paid plans. What each plan includes and what it costs is on the Plans & Pricing page.

We give RaidQ to you as it is, with no promise that it will always work correctly or stay available. We do our best to keep it running, but we're not responsible for downtime, lost data, or anything else that goes wrong from using it.

We may disable or remove any channel at any time, for any reason, without notice.

Paid plans bill monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the billing page in your dashboard. If you cancel, or a payment fails, your channel keeps full plan features for a 7-day grace period and then moves to the Starter plan; nothing is deleted (details on the Plans & Pricing page). Paid plans are billed in advance each month. Cancelling stops the next charge; no refunds for partial months.

Your channel data

You own the data associated with your channel: your viewer list, queue history, raid reports, and settings.

Uploading a membership or subscriber list

If you upload a CSV export (YouTube membership list, Twitch subscriber list) to set viewer tiers, you're confirming you have a lawful basis to share that list with us. You remain the controller of that data. We only process it to run your queue, and we never sell it or use it for anything else. You're responsible for telling your own viewers how their data is used. Uploaded images

Streamers on a paid plan may upload custom boss images. By uploading an image you confirm you have the right to use it and you grant PoGo.Tips LLC permission to store it and show it on your channel's RaidQ pages and overlays. Images are removed when you delete them or your channel is deleted. We may remove any image at our discretion.

Age requirement

You must be 13 or older to use the RaidQ dashboard.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are posted here. Continuing to use RaidQ after a change means you accept the new terms.
