Plans & Pricing

RaidQ offers three plans. Every channel starts on Starter — no signup step needed. Approved streamer accounts can manage their plan at https://raidq.pogo.tips/streamer/billing.

Plan limits are not switched on yet

Today every channel gets the Legendary feature set no matter which plan it's on: 5-second refresh, unlimited registered viewers, every supporter tier, supporter CSV import, !snipe, and custom chat replies. The Starter limits below describe what applies once limits are turned on.

The refresh rate in the table is the rate while your channel is active. Every overlay, including the /overlay/boss card, slows down on its own when nothing is happening: after 15 minutes with no chat command or /que tap it polls every 60 seconds, and after 30 minutes every 5 minutes. The first command or tap brings it back to your plan's rate. As of 2026-09-22 the /que queue manager page shares this exact ladder too — a quiet lobby left open past 30 minutes settles at the same 300s deep-idle cadence as the overlays, and any tap on the page catches it up instantly rather than waiting out the interval.

What each limit actually does

  • Overlay//que refresh — how often the queue manager page and OBS overlay poll for updates. Starter channels still update automatically, just a bit less often.
  • Reports history / !history / !topraider windows — how far back you can look. Data outside the window isn't deleted, it just isn't shown or counted until you're on a plan that reaches back that far.
  • Registered users — a Starter channel that hits 500 registered viewers stops accepting brand-new !reg/!setpogo registrations (existing viewers can still re-register, and raid credits for unknown viewers still work normally). Nobody is removed.
  • Supporter tiers — a Starter channel can still hand out Tier 1 to mods/supporters, but Tier 2-4 assignments are capped down to Tier 1 until you upgrade. If you're already on a paid plan and a tier assignment above Tier 1 exists on your channel from before, it stays exactly as it is even if you lapse to Starter later — nothing is ever silently downgraded.
  • Supporter CSV import — uploading a YouTube Memberships or Twitch Subscribers export on the Members page, and the membership→tier map. RaidQ never pulls membership lists from YouTube or Twitch itself; the CSV you upload and what Nightbot reports in chat are the only sources.
  • !snipe — crediting a single viewer's raid outside the normal deck flow.
  • Shared tiers — when your channel is paired with another at both streamers' request, a supporter's tier from the other channel carries over when they join by PoGo name. Starter channels do not use paired tiers.
  • Supporter badge — the picture that shows beside a paying chat member's name on your queue overlays. On Starter the section is locked.

What happens if payment fails

If a subscription payment fails or is canceled, your channel gets a 7-day grace period at full plan features — nothing changes right away. If payment isn't resolved within those 7 days, the channel drops to Starter limits automatically. No data is ever deleted when this happens: registered users above the Starter cap, tier assignments above Tier 1, and your reports history all stay exactly as they are. They just stop counting for new registrations and aren't shown/reachable until you're back on a paid plan.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly through Stripe. From /streamer/billing you can upgrade to Legendary, and Manage billing opens Stripe's own billing portal for your payment method, invoices, and cancelling.
