Streamer Dashboard

Sign in at /streamer with Twitch or Google to reach your dashboard.

First sign-in

A brand-new account is not linked to a channel yet. After your first sign-in the page walks you through a short setup wizard — link a channel (Twitch prefilled from your login, or a pasted YouTube URL/handle, resolved and shown back for confirmation), accept the Terms of Service, and see the Discord step. Finishing the wizard usually lands you straight on the ready view described below, in one sitting, no admin step required.

Two other outcomes are possible after finishing the wizard: waitlisted (the streamer cap is currently full — you're admitted in signup order as spots open) and under review (the channel you linked is already tied to RaidQ — an admin needs to sort that out first). Both states repeat the same Discord instructions as the only next step.

Adding the other platform. Once you're set up, if your Twitch channel name was typed rather than confirmed by login (i.e. you signed in with Google and typed a Twitch name, or used the "add Twitch channel" tile on your dashboard), RaidQ links it automatically the first time your Nightbot command runs from that channel — no further action needed. That pending link expires after 30 days if it's never completed; a Remove button on the dashboard lets you clear it and retype the name if it's stuck.

If the page instead says your request was denied, your account is disabled (an account we remove shows this too), your channel is disabled, or your account is approved but not linked to a channel, contact @PoGoTipsOfficial.

The landing page has six tiles. Docs and Commands are links in the page footer.

  • Queue (/streamer/que) — the same queue manager described in The /que Page, scoped automatically to your own channel.
  • Overlays (/streamer/overlays) — the OBS overlay URLs with Copy buttons, your overlay colors, custom boss pictures and the supporter badge, see OBS Overlay. Sections: Overlays, Custom bosses (/streamer/overlays#bosses) and Supporter badge (/streamer/overlays#badge).
  • Settings (/streamer/settings) — Queue settings (/streamer/settings#queue), Chat replies (/streamer/settings#chat, see Chat Replies) and PoGoTips access and the change log (/streamer/settings#access, see PoGoTips Access & Change Log).
  • Supporters (/streamer/members) — CSV import and tier management, see Supporters & CSV Import.
  • Reports (/streamer/reports) — your raid history dashboard, see Raid Reports.
  • Billing (/streamer/billing) — your plan and Stripe billing portal, see Plans & Pricing.
  • Admin — only shown to admin accounts; opens the channel-approval and impersonation tools. Impersonation ends after 30 minutes without activity. Billing actions stay with the channel owner — they are not available while impersonating.
  • Docs (/docs/) and Commands (/docs/commands/) — in the footer: this documentation site, and the Nightbot command reference with every command, its syntax, and the userlevel to set in Nightbot. See Nightbot Commands.

The old pages /streamer/chat, /streamer/bosses, /streamer/queue-settings and /streamer/access still work: they send you to the right section of Overlays or Settings. If one section of the Settings page cannot load, it shows "Couldn't load this section" and the other sections still work; reload the page to try again.

Get your channel URLs

There are four URLs tied to your channel:

  • The Queue page (/que) — the queue manager, for the streamer and mods
  • The Raid Group overlay (/overlay, vertical) — an OBS Browser Source URL that shows the current deck and queue over your video feed
  • The Raid Group overlay (wide) (/overlay/wide) — the same deck and queue, stacked like the vertical overlay with the names in two columns, for a wider spot on your scene
  • The Boss overlay (/overlay/boss) — a second OBS Browser Source URL that shows just the current raid boss

The Queue page has a Copy button under Your Channel URLs on the dashboard once it shows the ready view for your channel. The three overlay URLs live on the Overlays page (the Overlays tile), each with its own Copy button. Each link carries your channel ID, and may also carry a t= access token on the end. Use the link exactly as copied, token included.

A copied queue-page link looks like this:

https://raidq.pogo.tips/que?channel=YOUR_CHANNEL_ID&t=...

If you're signed in, /streamer/que opens the same queue page for your channel with no link or token at all.

Don't post these publicly

These URLs aren't secured against random visitors yet — don't rely on them being private. Even so, don't show them on stream, in a screen share, or paste them anywhere public: doing that makes it easy for anyone to open your queue or overlay directly, which gets harder to walk back once access controls are turned on for these links.

Overlay colors

The Overlays page (/streamer/overlays, the Overlays tile) has an Overlay colors section where you set your own colors. The section has two cards, Boss overlay and Queue overlay. It changes /overlay, /overlay/wide and /overlay/boss; the /que page is unchanged.

  • Boss overlay card: a background color and an opacity from 0 to 100 on one row. This changes the background of the boss card only. The sprite, tint, glow and cloud are not affected. The preview under it is a sample Shadow Charizard boss card that follows the color and opacity as you change them.
  • FREE, SUPPORTER, PRIORITY, PVP and RSVP: one color each for the five mode labels on the queue overlays. CLOSED stays red, and the tier badge colors are unchanged.
  • Names and headers: one text color for the player names and the RAID GROUP, BATTLER and QUEUE headers. It applies to the Raid Group overlays (vertical and wide) only, never the Boss overlay.

Each card has a live preview that updates as you change a color, before anything is saved. The Queue overlay preview shows the mode labels and a sample RAID GROUP.

  • Save colors stores your choices for your channel.
  • Reset to defaults removes them and brings back the exact colors the overlays use today.

After saving, refresh the browser source in OBS or the streaming app to see the new colors.

Queue settings

The Queue settings section of the Settings page (/streamer/settings#queue) has one toggle:

  • Entering RSVP flips RAIDING red: on by default, which is how RaidQ has always worked. Turn it off and picking RSVP (the /que popup or !set rsvp) leaves the RAIDING button as it is.

Custom boss images

The Custom bosses section of the Overlays page (/streamer/overlays#bosses) lets you give a boss your own picture and name, for an event boss, a costume or anything else the species list doesn't have.

  • Plan. A Legendary or Mythical plan feature. Legendary channels can keep up to 10 images, Mythical up to 20. Plan limits aren't switched on yet, so it works on every channel today with the Legendary limit of 10 (see Plans & Pricing). If a channel drops below Legendary its images are kept, but typing their name does nothing until it is back on a paid plan.
  • Name. 2 to 24 letters, numbers and spaces. Capital letters are kept as you typed them, but Astronaut Pikachu, astronaut pikachu and ASTRONAUT PIKACHU are the same name. A name can't be a real Pokémon name or form (Pikachu, Mr. Mime, a mega's name), and it can't be a RaidQ command word such as clear, keep, mega, shadow, dmax, boss, free or snipe, as the name or as any word in it. normal and regular are command words too (they force the regular boss in !set), as the name or as its first word. A name that only contains a real name, like Astronaut Pikachu, is fine. Each channel has its own list, so two channels can use the same name for different pictures.
  • Picture. Choose an image (PNG, JPEG, WEBP or GIF), drag it and zoom until the square shows what you want, or tap Fit whole image to fit all of it in the square, then Save custom boss. RaidQ stores a 250 by 250 pixel PNG, 200 KB at most. There is no rotate, flip or filter.
  • Set it. Type !set and the name in chat (for example !set Astronaut Pikachu), or search for it under Search Bosses on the Queue page and hold it. The boss overlay shows the name exactly as you typed it, with your picture. It has no CP, weather, weakness line or glow.
  • Change or remove it. There is no rename. To change a picture, delete it and upload it again under the name. Delete asks you to tap twice. A boss that is active right now can't be deleted: you'll see Clear the boss first., so use CLEAR BOSS on the Queue page, or !set clear, then delete it.

See the Terms of Service for what you agree to when you upload an image.

Supporter badge

The Supporter badge section of the Overlays page (/streamer/overlays#badge) lets you upload a small picture that shows beside a paying chat member's name on your queue overlays. See OBS Overlay for what shows and when.

Shared tiers

The Settings page has a read-only line, Shared tiers with, that names the channels paired with yours, or says none. PoGo.Tips pairs two channels only at both streamers' request, so there is nothing to switch on here. When a supporter joins by their PoGo name in a paired channel, their tier from the other channel carries over for that queue spot.

Export your data

At the bottom of the PoGoTips access section on the Settings page (/streamer/settings#access) is a Download channel data (JSON) button. It gives you everything RaidQ keeps for your channel as one file:

  • Viewers. Each viewer's handle, trainer name, tier, streak and supporter details, and the viewer's own chat-platform user id when RaidQ has it.
  • Queue and raid history. The current queue and deck, every past raid with its participants, and snipe credits.
  • Your setup. Friend codes, your settings change log, custom boss names, tier lists, and the result of your last supporter CSV upload, including who lapsed.

The file never holds your login, session, billing, or any links and tokens. If your channel was merged with another channel ID, the rows kept under the old ID are included. You can download up to 2 files a day per channel; the count resets at midnight UTC. Each download is recorded in your settings change log. PoGoTips staff can only download it while you allow them to make changes under PoGoTips access.
