PoGoTips Access & Change Log

Open /streamer/settings#access from your dashboard to decide what PoGoTips support can do on your channel, and to see every settings change made on it in the last 30 days.

PoGoTips access

PoGoTips support can open your dashboard as you to help with setup or a problem. You choose how much they can do:

  • Full (default) — support can view every page and save changes, the same as you.
  • Read-only — support can view every page but cannot save anything. Save buttons are disabled for them, and the server refuses the save even if one gets through.
  • Off — support cannot open your dashboard at all. They see a page saying you turned access off.

Only you can change this setting. It takes effect on the very next request — there is no delay. Billing is always yours alone: support cannot start a checkout or open the billing portal in any mode.

Changing the setting is itself logged, so you can see when it was changed and by whom.

Change log

Every settings change on your channel for the last 30 days, newest first:

  • When — date and time (Eastern).
  • Who — You, or PoGoTips when support made the change.
  • Page — where it happened: Overlays, Queue settings, Chat, Supporters, Access, or Admin.
  • What changed — the setting, with the value before and after.

What is logged:

  • Saves on the Overlays, Chat and Supporters pages (tier maps and CSV imports — imports log counts only, never names).
  • Clearing a supporter's stored YouTube id from the Supporters page (field youtube_id; the id before, blank after).
  • This access setting.
  • PoGoTips admin actions on your channel: plan changes, ownership changes, and when support starts or stops acting as you.

What is not logged:

  • Queue actions on the /que page and chat commands (!set, !size, !start, !stop …).
  • Edits to individual supporter rows (register, rename, remove) — except the YouTube-id clear above.

Secrets never appear in the log. A regenerated queue link shows only "token regenerated"; any link or key is shortened to its last four characters. Entries are deleted after 30 days.
